I will admit that when I opened the package of square champagne crystals, I hated them. Maybe I loathed them. They were larger than I thought, and and too damned chunky. And too stupidly perfect. I’ve had them for about a year, and they never even got unstrung. But they fell against one of the Venetian antique beads, then I thought about one of the Edwardian-era brass bead caps and I figured, just give it a go. You can undo it if you like. The mixture of the silver-tones hand-blown Venetian beads against the smooth, modern perfect champagne crystal just sparked something. I am now absolutely in love with them, and it figures. Too late to get any more. Sterling silver closed ear wires, hangs almost two inches. They are so elegant.
