Oh. Oh. Oh. These are the southwestern earrings that will always remain a classic, never go out of style, the ones you pass onto your grandkids, and, if they are cool enough, they wear them to prom. These have a deep patine, a silvery onyx that radiates. When I was little, these were the earrings that the Hopi women would wear at the trading posts (ah, the Arizona that was). The trading posts are gone, but these are a reminder of a time when Scottsdale Road was a two-lane road with scrub on either side for miles and miles. I miss that Phoenix. These are a little part of it.
