These little clusters of glass charcoal beads were made by hand a very long time ago; maybe they once hung from a purse or adorned a dress, I don’t know— but I got my hands on five of them; I’m keeping a pair for myself, one for a necklace and the other pair is currently seeking a new forever home. One and only pair outside of the ones I have myself. The earwire is sterling silver, oxidized. Connected to bauble by a brass jump ring. Super light, unassuming but very elegant, proper, yet unexpected. Hangs a tiny bit less than an inch.
