Ancient Roman glass (2000-years old) from Afghanistan swings in paired graduated hues on an oxidized sterling silver chain. In white, aqua, and teal, the small beads of glass are created out of shards of Roman jars, vases and glasses; useless to archeologists, it enables the history to belong to anyone. A cylindrical blue-green bead wraps up the end, perfect for a swing. Sterling silver ear clasp; drop is about an inch and three quarters, but earrings are quite light, nearly weightless.
